Seestraße 1b, 16775 Großwoltersdorf OT Altglobsow, Brandenburg8 ha of silvoarable agroforestry area established in December 2025 as part of the Klim-Agrar-Gehölze research project (climate-robust trees for agroforestry systems in drought-prone regions) in collaboration with the Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development.
Various varieties of chestnut, walnut, and mulberry trees are being tested, as well as different cultivation methods (bare-root, container-grown, air pruning). The site is set up as a randomized block trial. Funded by the German Federal Environmental Foundation.
