The Antonihof is an organic mixed farm that raises dairy cattle, rears heifers, and fatten heifers and steers. The farm also keeps laying hens and broiler chickens. The farm’s products are sold through its own farm store. The agroforestry system was planned using Triebwerk. During the planning phase, the farm’s holistic grazing management (Holistic Planned Grazing) with Fleckvieh and Braunvieh cattle as well as poultry was taken into account. The agroforestry system primarily serves as a forage hedge and provides shade to enhance animal welfare and improve the climate resilience of the farmland.
